Newer Grain Valley homes usually have open kitchens and a laundry room or drop zone off the garage. The requests we hear are practical: a pantry wall with pull-outs, an island with deep drawers on one side and seating on the other, cabinets over the washer and dryer, and lockers so backpacks stop landing on the kitchen counter.

01My Grain Valley house is new. Why would I need custom cabinets?

Most people in newer houses don't replace everything. They add an island, turn a closet into a pantry, build a mudroom bench at the garage door or replace a bath vanity. Those smaller jobs are a big part of our work.

02How far is Grain Valley?

About 20 minutes from central Independence along I-70.

03Can new cabinets match my existing ones?

We can match the door style closely. Matching an existing factory finish exactly is harder, so for an island or a bar we often suggest a contrasting color or wood on purpose.

04Can you build a mudroom in a garage entry?

Yes. The space between the garage door and the kitchen is the most common place we build lockers and a bench in Grain Valley's newer houses.
